My role

I worked across UX and UI design, user research and recruitment process design. I conducted research, facilitated workshops and designed interfaces and flows for a platform connecting Sii’s public website, the candidate job board and the recruiter’s workspace.

01 / CONTEXT

More than
a list of jobs.

MySii for Candidates is Sii’s job-search platform. The project connected three parts of recruitment: the publicly accessible company website, the job board available after signing in, and the application used by recruiters to manage recruitment.

The central challenge was the connection between those contexts: a candidate searching for an opportunity and a recruiter managing recruitment are part of the same wider process.

02 / PRODUCT SCOPE

Different users.
One recruitment ecosystem.

01

Public website

The company’s publicly accessible presence and the starting point for discovering opportunities.

02

Candidate job board

A signed-in experience for searching and filtering offers, exploring roles and choosing how to apply.

03

Recruiter workspace

The recruitment-management application on the other side of the candidate experience.

03 / THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

From discovery
to a specific opportunity.

The supplied screens show the candidate-facing part of the platform: search and filters alongside job recommendations, followed by an offer page with requirements, responsibilities and benefits.

Job board: search controls, category and technology filters, recommended offers and results.
Finding opportunities / Search, filters and results.
Job offer: role overview, application action, responsibilities, requirements and benefits. Personal details are concealed.
Exploring a role / Information and an application action.
04 / APPLICATION OPTIONS

Making the next
step explicit.

The application dialog presents two paths: applying with a MySii profile or with a CV. The accompanying example also shows a state in which applying with a CV is unavailable for a particular offer, with an explanation beside that option.

05 / DECISION STORY

Turning a fragmented journey
into one connected process.

Challenge

Three separate contexts

Candidates moved between the public website and signed-in job board, while recruiters worked in a separate application.

Evidence

Research and process work

User research, workshops and recruitment-process analysis were used to understand the needs on both sides of the journey.

Decision

Design the ecosystem

I treated the website, candidate experience and recruiter workspace as parts of one recruitment flow rather than isolated screens.

Outcome

Full scope implemented

The public website, signed-in job board and recruiter application were delivered as the complete project scope.

06 / DELIVERY

Full scope.
Implemented.

The full project scope was implemented: the public-facing website, the signed-in job board and the recruiter application.
