My role
I lead the project and maintain its documentation. My work spans analysis, mapping workflows and translating requirements into interface mockups with Claude Design. I also created multiple AI agents as part of my project workflow, bringing AI into the way I develop and organise the work.

01 / THE PROJECT
More than
a list of goals.
The product concerns how objectives are assigned and received within an organisation. The design work connects the people setting objectives with those responsible for carrying them out.
My role extends beyond the interface: I analyse the requirements, document the project and map the workflows that inform the designs. This preview focuses on that approach while keeping the organisation and its internal rules confidential.

I created multiple AI agents as part of the project and used Claude Design to help produce interface mockups. AI forms part of how I work across the project, alongside analysis, documentation and workflow design.
I remain responsible for connecting those parts into a coherent direction. This case presents AI as part of my project and design process; it does not claim that the objectives product itself uses AI to make decisions about employees.
